The need for the Dimension Stone and Tile Field Guide has been a long time coming. It’s one of those things that people said, ‘wouldn’t it be great if…’ but there just was not anything like this available — something that the contractor or professional could have in the field with them to understand and assess failures. At STP our technical directors as well as some Partners said, ‘Let’s do it!’ and we hit the ground hard to pull this manual together. A LOT of brainstorming, collecting of images, discussions and hours upon hours of contribution from many people went into the development of this manual/system.
